and dare i say it, a 6 hour stretch of sleep last night

emelia's birth day

thanks to jonalee, who took these

she is a sweet, mostly contented baby

who was so attentive to me, and how i was doing throughout the whole day
it was extra special because you were there

she actually stopped crying for a minute to check out nona

daddy's little girl--i'm pretty sure in his eyes, she can do no wrong

katie stayed with the boys all day
they were so anxious to meet their baby sister
around 6pm the night before, david had said he wanted to go to bed
to make "tomorrow" come faster
